Fine ocean views from my Double Room Sea View Terrace. The noise from outside disrupted my sleep.

Its location not too far from a historic wooden bridge was marvellous and stunning. The area was lively, a nice comfy base for me.

This was a lovely hotel filled with the artwork of the Peruvian artist Victor Delfin. We had a large bedroom with a sitting area -- very clean. The hotel had been the home of the artist and his family and sits in Barranco, an area of Lima right on the coast.

The room was beautiful with a view of the ocean. It was very quiet. We were able to take a hot shower after a long trip. Great location, near restaurants and bars. A lovely way to wrap up a vacation in Peru. I was able to arrange a taxi to and from the airport through the hotel for 18 USD or 55 soles. It was nice not to worry about transportation in Lima.
They forgot to give us our wake up call. But I had a travel alarm with me, so it was fine. Bring a travel alarm to Peru. Some hotels do not have phones in the rooms and/or it is hard to communicate about a wake up call.

The poorly trained staff definitely didn't help. I mean, I had to call a taxi myself when other hotels negotiate that for you. Plus, no seating by the pool was a touch inconvenient. I expected an upgrade for such inconveniences but alas, was treated like any other poster for their mediocre service.

Was an idyllic location after a busy trip in cusco. Also a very unusual place as it is the home and studio of a very famous artist. The whole stay was wonderful and something very different. I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone I know.

Great way to end our weekend. Original, classy property. Great location, really interesting area, near to the vibrant, colourful artwork, and a live gallery or a famous artist. Situated only 1 km from Pedro de Osma Museum.

Perfect for a cozy getaway
The location is a gem, secluded yet near the action. We walked a few blocks to a market and filled our fridge with snacks and water, perfect for lazy days in our ocean-view room!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The location is further away from the airport than we expected but the house is amazing. The rooms were lovely, ours had a shared terrace. The weather was good which helped so we were able to take advantage of the pool in the grounds. The breakfast was really nice and filling. The staff were lovely despite our lack of spanish.

Very much. It is a unique place and the rooms are very large. It is a private home turned b&b but it is right on the water with lovely views and sunsets. The neighborhood is interesting but not particularly safe at night. I would recommend it to anyone who isn't looking for a traditional hotel and likes the B&B concept.
I liked everything about it but knew what to expect (no phones in rooms, etc.)
